For the past 18+ years, she has partnered with organizations on leadership trainings, DEI efforts, team building solutions, and employee development interventions. Over the course of her career, she has consulted on a variety of initiatives in the corporate, higher education, and non-profit sectors, both nationally and globally. She is bilingual in Spanish and holds a doctorate in Instructional Technology & Design from the University of Virginia, a MS.Ed in Intercultural Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Haverford College.
